Whitelist ASC in Your Email Program

Don't Miss Your Important Messages from ASC

Internet Service Providers (ISP) use spam filters that often delete email messages you've actually requested to receive.

To make sure you receive all of your important email messages from ASC, please add the ASC domain authoritysitecenter.com to your list of approved senders. Here's how:


Whitelisting for AOL:

  1. Open your AOL e-mail account
  2. Click “Address Book”
  3. Click “Add Contact”
  4. Create a contact listing for Authority Site Center with the primary e-mail address admin@authoritysitecenter.com



Whitelisting for Hotmail:

  1. Open your Hotmail e-mail account
  2. Click “Contacts”
  3. In the left-hand menu, click “Safe List”
  4. Enter authoritysitecenter.com and click “Add”



Whitelisting for Yahoo!:

  1. Open your Yahoo! e-mail account
  2. Click “Mail,” and select “Options”
  3. Click “Filters”
  4. Click “Add”
  5. Click in the text box in the top row (“From header”) and enter authoritysitecenter.com
  6. In the pull-down menu for “Move the message to,” choose “Inbox”
  7. Click “Add Filter”
  8. Also, please add the address admin@authoritysitecenter.com to your address book



Whitelisting for Other Email Services:

  1. Add authoritysitecenter.com to your address book or list of contacts
  2. If you cannot add the entire domain (authoritysitecenter.com) to your contacts list, then please add the e-mail address admin@authoritysitecenter.com
