Recommended Ping List

Whenever you publish new content on your WPM blog, your blog announces the content to various services by “pinging” them - basically pushing your content out quickly to the search engines and other sources. Your “ping list” includes the sites that will receive your new-content-announcement pings.

Your new ASC site will come with the most current ping list already added.

The list below has proven reliable and effective without much hassle.

If you ever need to update your Authority Site's ping list:

1. Go to your site's Dashboard.
   
2. Click “Options”.
   
3. Click “Update Pinger”.
   
4. Under the heading “URIs to Ping”, you'll see a text box. Copy the list below and paste it into the text box.
   
5. Below the box, be sure the “Ping Services” box is checked.
   
6. Click “Save Settings”.
