In WordPress Master, each post you make to your website will have your “nickname” in your byline.
The default posting name is “Admin”, and of course you can leave that if you want to.
However, if you're working on branding yourself as an authority in your niche, you may want to change “Admin” to your actual full name.
Regular visitors to your site subconsciously see your name every time they read one of your great posts - and soon their brains will automatically link your name with your niche.
Of course, depending on your niche and your online business goals, you may wish to use a pseudonym, a nickname, a keyword, a silly name, or some other option.
In your WPM dashboard, click Users.
Then go to the box that says “Name”. The top field, Username, should say “Admin” - and it is most likely not editable.
Go to the bottom field in the “Name” box, Nickname. Enter whatever name you'd like to appear with each of your posts.
Click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page.
Now go back to the “Name” box. In the drop-down menu at the bottom of that box (“display name publicly as”), select the name you just entered.
If you'd like your new posting name to be linked to one of your sites, pages, etc., move over to the “Contact Info” box that sits beside the “Name” box.
Fill in your desired website URL that you'd like your posting name to link to.
Click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page.
That's it! Now go to your blog and refresh your page to make sure your changes turned out the way you wanted them.
