For Technical Problems with Your Website or Membership / Billing Issues

Tech problems and membership issues should be directed to ASC Member Support Services, where you can submit a support ticket describing your problem.

Remember, the more details you give when describing your problem, the easier it will be for us to help you.

PLEASE NOTE: Our support ticket system is only for help with technical problems on your site, and with issues regarding your ASC membership or billing.


For "How-to" Questions or Other Guidance

For the fastest help in most cases,

  1. Use the Search box in the upper right corner of this ASC WIKI, and see if the info you need is here in the WIKI.
  2. Go to the ASC Forum and do a Search to see if you can find information already posted there.


If these searches don't turn up the information you need, then post your question on the ASC Forum, where members help each other out with tips, techniques, answers, and encouragement. The forum is the place to go when you have a questions about modifications to your site, our templates, marketing strategies, software usage questions, etc.
