Our ticket system has been designed to allow anyone to send us a message and track all of the replies and follow-up messages through a simple online interface.

Please be sure your question requires a support ticket. Most of the answers to your questions can be found by seeking help in the Authority Site Center Forum.

PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT WHEN YOU ARE SUBMITTING A TICKET. THIS WILL ENSURE THE FASTEST RESPONSE TIME.


Submit A New Ticket
Use this option to submit a new ticket.
View Ticket
Use this option to view a ticket already in our system. You will be asked for your email address and the ticket ID number.
Show FAQ Lists
Use this option to view a complete list of all FAQ lists that your access level permits you to view.

If you are a registered member, you can login and revisit the Support Center to view a complete list of all tickets you've submitted.
